The Site complex of the IRCON office buildings at Gurugram, consists of three buildings, – two -13 storey towers and one 5-storey tower with an auditorium and an office space. On the two similar towers, the designers break the monotony of offices on every floor by providing green terraces at regular intervals.

A healthy work atmosphere is promoted on the fourth, eighth, and twelfth floors when the designers break monotony by providing green terraces. By shifting the parking to the two basement levels and retaining only the drop-offs to the ground level, the complex provides ample parking space to the complex.
