The design features visually distinct horizontal components that create a positive impression and enhance the overall aesthetic.

Transcending the traditional glass box facade, Mentis prioritizes climate responsiveness and Vaastu principles through thoughtful site planning. The tallest tower is strategically positioned in the southwest, shading the central plaza throughout the day and providing relief from the harsh sun. Retail spaces in the northeast and east bask in natural light, creating vibrant storefronts ideal for pedestrian activity.

This meticulous planning fosters a vibrant, open-air atmosphere, transforming the typical concrete jungle into a sensorial promenade. The architectural language balances the verticality of the towers with horizontal elements, colors, diverse building materials, and biophilic design to integrate nature and break the monotony.
