Connected through NH- 8 and the Dwarka Manesar expressways, the Cyberwalk Campus at Manesar Gurgaon is a green office environment that spans an area of 10 acres within a 150-acre information technology (IT) campus. The campus consists of four different towers designated for specific purposes. The first, the ‘Evergreen’ tower, is an exclusive skyscraper that houses a large 6000 sq ft open-air cafeteria.

Two of ‘The Eco Towers’ enjoy greenery inside and outside the office. Food courts on the ground floor & a cafeteria on the rooftops, and a plug-and-play business centre characterise the 1st floor. Along with a special stilt parking for senior management and executives, commercial/retail areas are located on the ground floor overlooking the central plaza.’The Eco Suites’ are two identical towers that house serviced apartments. It has 147 serviced apartments with a connecting corridor on the ground floor. Every room has spectacular views, and the suite has large sunlit atriums.

With a dedicated area of up to 38000 sq . ft for commercial office space, the architects preferred an energy-efficient glass as a part of the structural glazing system on the facade. Cyberwalk shows commitment towards creating an environment-friendly, low-operating-cost facility in line with the space requirements of a corporate office occupier. An ample parking facility with an approximate strength for 2000 cars is made available in the basement and stilt areas.
