Designed for Fairfox ITinfra Private Limited, the EON at Sector 140a of Noida is a mixed-use development project fostering ideas of intelligent urbanism with an eye on sociability and sustainability. Located in an upcoming commercial real estate hub, the site encompasses IT office spaces, retail spaces, food plazas, and recreational facilities. A phase-wise development divides the plot into four distinct sectors with its own cluster of mixed-use functions.

Two 45-meter-wide arterial boulevards cut across the site, easing traffic circulation and guiding vehicular traffic to the basement. The project reconciles nature with culture by redesigning the matrix-like- grid layout in an eco-friendly infrastructure.

The landscape integrates the outdoors with the indoors by reducing the urban heat-island effect and by using dense and moderate textured trees. With courtyards that transition between functions, wide canopies allow for abundant seating throughout the open plaza, encouraging alfresco activities.
