Planned over an area of 0.78 lakh sq. ft, the Eros Business Centre is a commercial development on Golf Course Road, Gurugram. The building achieves clear floor plates that allow flexibility in dividing spaces into smaller units. Planned with a grand open entrance, the architects consolidate the open space at the front to add effect to a stepped massing scheme for the facade.

The external façade has an architectural identity that aligns with a contemporary vocabulary. With a simple structural glazing made of glass, aluminium and stone cladding in parts highlighted in texture paint. Shops and Commercial spaces have simple plastered walls and cement concrete surface flooring. The Lobby and other common areas have Italian marble flooring and marble cladding on the walls.

Lighting design is planned with a combination of varied lighting systems to achieve optimal lighting effects in the different spaces. The building demonstrates the importance of energy-saving by using a simple film on the glass that reduces the admittance to only 32% of transmitted and reradiated solar energy.
