Ashiana Mulberry is designed on principles of ordered symmetry in a linear pattern. Six residential towers flank a large green space – a community that’s bubbling with activity. Here three towers at the west end of the site have an undisturbed green promenade. Designed with two and three-bedroom homes, all towers have four apartments on each level.

The grand entrance lobbies to the towers overlook the central lawns and visually connect the external peripheral road with the overall landscape. Each element constitutes a landscape that is structured to inspire a tapestry of oriented patterns. Moving throughout the site one continuously discovers, utilises, and interacts with various innovative landscape and hardscape elements specially created to enrich the outdoor living environment, at the same time enhancing the community living. This development also features a dedicated sports area with playing courts and a luxury club with a lap pool and a kiddie pool.
