• Delivering Global Standards across Diverse Typologies

Initiating our foray into architectural practice with private residences, office spaces and corporate architecture, we at Design Forum International (DFI) have steadily reached the scale of developing complex and multi-disciplinary projects and master plans. Spread across six acres, Select Citywalk was one of our first mixed-use projects. A landmark, it is one of the few developments that have been able to catch the fancy of the avid shopper, the connoisseur, the critic and the professional. Over time, we have explored several diverse typologies such as commercial buildings, townships, group housing, institutional buildings, and various government-commissioned infrastructural projects pan-India.

Owing to the success of these projects and widespread media presence and appreciation, we have successfully delivered projects across 17 states out of the 29 of the Union of India. Being abreast of the regulations, bye-laws, implications of bye-laws, trends and market scenario pertinent to each individual market, we have managed to work across scales, typologies, domains, and regions. Experiences drawn from one territory very frequently find parallels in another and enrich both our knowledge base and bring substantial valuation enhancement to each project. Our expertise lies in the versatility of designs and consciously staying clear of restricting ourselves from project type specializing.

We have currently covered 12 Million sq. ft. of Mixed-use and Retail, more than 62 million sq. ft. of Group Housing, over 4100 + Acres of township projects and 9 Million sq. ft. of Offices and IT Parks. We are also involved in the design of infrastructure projects of national importance like Courts, Airports, Railway Stations, MRTS Stations, and Logistics Hubs.
