Chintels Paradiso Apartments are designed as prototypes of sustainable, high-density urban form, bringing together high-end, healthy lifestyle and leisure. Located within close proximity to the proposed metro line from Dwarka to Manesar, it is part of the wider solid Gurgaon-Manesar Urban Complex Master Plan of 2021, hence occupying prime suburban land in NCR.

The profiles of the tower vary but hold uniformity in the pattern of the projected volumes which articulate the different apartments externally and allow residents to identify their own home –a personal approach that echoes throughout the development. The towers stand on a plinth, intersected by a deep recess, which signals the entrance lobby. From here, elevators transport residents directly into their homes –the innovative layout implies that the majority of apartments benefit from private access, with few shared corridors. Further, the accommodation that ranges from three to four-bedroom apartments is grouped around central cores that enhance the sense of individuality and choice. Each balcony and glazed opening has been designed to capture a contained view of the landscape and the apartments are configured in a manner that privacy is secured, whilst natural light, panoramic views and external spaces are optimized.
