Dear Readers,

Welcome to the DFI monthly digest. Design Forum International (DFI) has designed the most iconic residential landmarks across the nation. This month we focus on our #grouphousing projects and the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana projects. Featured housing projects blend aesthetics and function in a harmonious manner.
Project Feature | Emerald Garden, Kanpur
Emerald Garden #grouphousing project is spread across an area of approx 40 acres. The housing complex is constructed with a focus on people who are accustomed to living in large homes with all the facilities, amenities and security.
Projects under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana
Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana is an initiative of Haryana government to encourage the development of ”high density plotted colonies” in Low and Medium Potential towns of Haryana. To channel this initiative, DFI is developing colonies in Bahadurgarh, Sonepat and Yamuna Nagar, where the government has reduced the rates of licence fee and external development charges, while the conversion (CLU) charges and infrastructure development charges have been waived off completely.
