Hello and welcome to the May edition of DFI newsletter!

It’s been an exciting month for us here at DFI. Our team continues to take an intensive, yet pragmatic approach to our architectural services. We strive for a true partnership with our clients by gaining an understanding of their needs and goals. Here’s a glimpse of some of our projects.

Experience Centre, Neemrana

Deriving inspiration from Ikebana, the Japanese art and style of flower arrangement, this iconic building is the sales and marketing office with an attached sample flat for the upcoming residential development Novell Ikebana, Neemrana. A perfect amalgam of architecture and landscape, this structure is conceived as a wrap around and merged in resonance with the landscape.
Mulberry Villas, Lucknow

The project is a luxury villa development consisting of 49 villas spread over 4.5 acres in Lucknow. Planned as the perfect blend of open space, luxurious villas and ample facilities, together with the elements of nature, fresh air and sunlight, the homes are designed to savour the beauty around.
AIPL Joystreet, Gurugram

AIPL Joy Street is the one-stop entertainment hub for the residents of Gurugram. Located in sector 66 on a 4-acre site in suburban NCR, the open concept mall enjoys a prime location with several residential projects in the vicinity.
